MEET YOUR EDUCATORS

Meet Jill

Jill, a Connecticut native, began her career in the wedding and event industry 36 years ago in Minnesota. After returning to Connecticut in 1999, she expanded her business with a second location and enhanced her skills in florals by learning from several master designers. In 2013, Jill and her husband made a significant move to Central Florida, where she rebranded and opened a boutique studio focused on concierge customized services in the lucury market. Even after 36 years, she remains committed to education, continually learning and sharing her extensive experience with others in the industry.

Meet Leah

Leah is a certified event planner and accredited event designer with extensive training from prestigious institutions such as the New York Botanic Garden and WedTech Academy. As a proud Preston Bailey PB Protege, she has collaborated with industry leaders like Kevin and David Tutera, and her work has been featured in prominent publications Munaluchi Bridal and B Inspired Magazine. Beyond her entrepreneurial success, Leah is dedicated to empowering women and girls through after-school programs, vision board workshops, and floral design experiences. She inspires others to embrace their passions and purposefully, reminding them to prioritize themselves unapologetically.

Meet Tyler

Tyler Keeno is the Head Designer and co-owner of TK Floral Designs LLC, a luxury floral design company based in the Hudson Valley, New York. With over eight years in the floral industry, Tyler specializes in creating exquisite floral arrangements for weddings, special events, and corporate functions. Tyler's passion for floral design began unexpectedly; although he initially aspired to a career on Broadway, his first experience with wedding florals revealed his true calling. He finds profound fulfillment in enhancing couples' special days through his designs.Tyler is committed to educating and mentoring aspiring florists. He has been involved in floral education, sharing his expertise and passion with others in the industry.

Meet Randy

Randy Nogueira is the co-owner of TK Floral Designs LLC, a luxury floral design company based in the Hudson Valley, New York. Alongside his partner, Tyler Keeno, Randy has dedicated over seven years to the floral industry, specializing in creating exquisite floral arrangements for weddings, special events, and corporate functions Randy's extensive background in hospitality management and event hosting equips him with the skills necessary to ensure the success of their business. His unwavering dedication and meticulous attention to detail guarantee that no aspect of their floral designs is overlooked ogether, Randy and Tyler have designed floral arrangements for over 250 weddings and special events, pouring their hearts and souls into each project to make their clients' visions a reality.

Day 1: Introduction & Design

Welcome Breakfast: Introduction to luxury florals, sourcing, and design trends.

Floral Design Basics: Quick overview of processing, florals, and mechanics for your designs.

Floral Runner Creation: designing a stunning floral runner with varying heights and textures waterfalling off both ends.

Lunch Break: Networking with lunch provided.

Elevated Centerpieces: Techniques for creating impactful of large elevated centerpieces

Grand Piano: Design a dramatic floral waterfall with lush flowers and foliage.

Grand Staircase Installation: Learn to create dramatic floral stairway designs.

Relaxing Dinner: Casual dinner with Q&A with Leah, TK, Randy and Jill

Day 2: Large installations ending with a full styled shoot

Breakfast: Start the day with breakfast.

Head Shots: Professional photography session for your branding.

Luxury Ceremony Installations: Create two large-scale ceremony floral designs, focusing on structure, luxury and aesthetics.

Lunch Break: Networking and lunch provided.

Tree Floral Design Installations

Final Touches & Style Shoot with Full Photography
